You can simply leave your friend or loved one a message that you love them and are going to be busy and to call back at a certain time, or that you took care of whatever they asked you to do and to not bug you about it.-
Getting Started
STEP 1: Create an Account
STEP 2: You need to purchase credits. Start by pressing the CREDITS button and then pressing PURCHASE.
STEP 3: Click on NUMBERS and then ADD PRIVATE LINE.
You receive one month of private telephone line service from us for 150 credits a month. No one else will use this line, this ensures privacy, security and reliability.
STEP 4: Give your loved one / friend the phone number provided after you purchased their private line and tell them that their PIN Code is 0000. When they call their private line they will enter their DOC# + 0000 consecutively. For example DOCID(123456) + PINCODE(0000), which is pressing 1234560000.
This is the phone number that they will add to their phone list, make sure that they list a person, you, and not a company, or the phone list will be rejected. Remember this is YOUR private line. No one else gets to use it.
STEP 5: Click on the INMATES button and then click on ADD INMATE, you will enter in their first name, last name, DOC, number.
STEP 6: Call the messaging line at (888)-596-7768 and enter in their DOC number and leave your loved one a message! If you have any issues or need any assistance, press SUPPORT below to send us an email. We do our best to respond within 24 hours.
