Refunds

If a package is missing, corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot be delivered, contact contact@autosecurelogin.com with your order identifier. We will investigate, provide a working download where possible, or arrange an appropriate refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

A confirmed full refund revokes future downloads for that order. Partial refunds do not automatically revoke the entire purchase. Disputed payments place downloads on hold until reviewed. Refund timing depends on Stripe and the payment method.
